If you’re looking for the opportunity to have one-on-one time with fitness athletes, there’s no better place to get your brand out there! Be part of our upcoming events and interact with both athletes and fitness enthusiasts attending as spectators!

Each space includes a table and 2 chairs (2 tables, 4 chairs for double spaces). All booths include 2 event passes. Vendors are welcome to distribute product samples, coupons or literature in athlete bags. Materials must be received 1 week prior to the event.

October 10 - Night of Champions

The NPC Night of Champions is held at Northern Quest Casino near the Spokane airport. The venue us a favorite for many with its attached luxury hotel and numerous restaurants. Vendor space is limited but intimate, being located inside the pavilion so athletes and attendees can visit booths without missing any of the action on stage.

The Night of Champions hosts 150-200 NPC athletes and brings approximately 1000 spectators to the event.

October 10 – Spokane, WA – Northern Quest Casino

  • Booth space is limited – inquire on availability
  • Setup on Friday, October 9 or early Saturday, October 10
  • NPC events Saturday – Prejudging at 9am, Finals at 4:00pm
October 16-17 - Idaho Cup

The Idaho Cup is held at Expo Idaho in Garden City. This two-day event will consist of the NPC Idaho Cup Natural on Friday evening and the Idaho Cup Championships Saturday. This event traditionally hosts more than 200 NPC athletes and brings approximately 1400 spectators over the weekend.

October 16-17 – Boise, ID – Expo Idaho (5610 N Glenwood St, Garden City, ID 83714)

Friday

November 7-8 - Northwest Championsips

This 2 day event is the grand finale of the region’s NPC Bodybuilding events, featuring the NPC Northwest Natural and the Northwest Championships. Held at the Federal Way Performing Arts Center, it’s within close proximity to the Seattle Airport. 

The Northwest Championship weekend hosts approximately 250 athletes 1800 spectators over the two event days.

November 7-8 – Federal Way, WA – Federal Way Performing Arts Center

  • Setup on Friday, November 6 or early Saturday, November 7
  • NPC events Saturday – Prejudging at 9am, Finals at 4:00pm
  • NPC events Sunday – Prejudging at 9am, Finals at 4:00pm
April 10 - Big Sky Championships

We kick off our spring production schedule in Missoula with the Big Sky Championships! This event has been a Montana favorite for 18 years and is held on campus at the historic Dennison Theater.

The Big Sky Championships typically hosts 100-120 NPC athletes and brings 600-900 spectators to the event.

April 10, 2027 – Missoula, MT – Dennison Theater (U of M Campus)

  • All booths located in theater lobby
  • Setup on the morning of April 10
  • Prejudging begins at 9am, Finals at 4pm
  • Host hotel: DoubleTree Edgewater (1/2 mile away)
April 17 - Empire Classic

The NPC Empire Classic will take place at Northern Quest Casino near the Spokane airport. The venue is a favorite for many with its attached luxury hotel and numerous restaurants. Vendor space is limited but intimate, being located inside the pavilion so athletes and attendees can visit booths without missing any of the action on stage.

The Empire Classic typically hosts 100-130 NPC athletes and brings 800-1000 spectators to the event.

April 17, 2027 – Spokane, WA – Northern Quest Casino

  • Setup on Friday afternoon or 7:00am Saturday
  • NPC events Saturday – Prejudging at 9am, Finals at 4:00pm
April 23-25 - Linear Emerald Cup

The IFBB/NPC Linear Bar Emerald Cup is the largest regional NPC event in the country! With 44 years of bodybuilding excellence in the Northwest, this show traditionally hosts 400-500 athletes and more than 5000 spectators. Join our 60+ vendors for a 3 day Bodybuilding, Health & Fitness expo!

April 23-25, 2027 – Bellevue, WA – Meydenbauer Center (scroll down for booth map and available spaces)

  • All booths located inside main exhibit hall where event is held
  • Setup on Thursday afternoon & Friday morning
  • IFBB events Friday – Single session starting at 3pm
  • NPC events Saturday – Prejudging at 9am, Finals at 5pm
  • NPC Emerald Cup Natural Sunday – Single session starting at 9am, expo ends by 3pm
  • Host hotel: Courtyard Marriott (1 block away)

Space assignments will be updated as they are reserved (see map). Booth space is 10’x10′ single or 20’x10′ double (booth spaces along wall are 8′ deep). Each space includes a table and 2 chairs (2 tables, 4 chairs for double spaces). All booths include 2 event passes. All sponsors are welcome to distribute product samples, coupons or literature in athlete bags. Materials must be received 1 week prior to the event.

Booths are sold on a best first basis after sponsors have selected their booth locations. The booth price includes space at all sessions. There are no commissions charged for on-site sales. Exhibitors may not sell concessionary food items. Exhibitors sampling food products must limit samples sizes to two ounces for liquids and one ounce for solid foods.

June 5 - Idaho Muscle Classic

The Idaho Muscle Classic & Wheelchair Nationals will be held at Expo Idaho in Garden City. Traditionally, this NPC show hosts 120-180 NPC athletes and brings approximately 1200 spectators to the event.
