Registration Fee: $135 per class
Registration Deadline: September 27 at 6:00pm
Late fee (after 9/27-10/7) is $200 for the first class, $300 for walk up registrations

We have made a commitment to provide you with a top notch, professional NPC event. By submitting your registration, you are committing to be part of it as well. No refunds will be issued.

This event is a National Qualifier.  The top 2 placings in each Open Class qualify for nationals. Masters athletes qualify for Masters Nationals regardless of placing.

  • Athletes must be at least 18 years of age by the day of show
  • Competitors ages 18 and 19 entered in any division must show proof of age
  • Must have current year NPC membership by day of athlete check-in to compete – www.npcusamembership.com
  • Competitors may compete in as many divisions as they would like and are eligible for (i.e. Open & Novice, Physique & Bodybuilding, etc)

Friday, October 9

5:00-6:00 pm: Mandatory check-in for all athletes at Northern Quest Casino Pavilion
6:00-6:30 pm: Competitor meeting in auditorium

Saturday, October 10

9:00AM – NPC PREJUDGING – All Divisions will compete in judging rounds beginning with Men’s classes first, then Women.

Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Men’s Physique & Men’s Physique

Women’s Divisions
Fitness, Women’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Figure, Wellness, Bikini & Fit Model

4:00PM – NPC FINALS – All Divisions will perform individual routines while being introduced by the emcee.  The top 5 placings in each class will be awarded.  Order will be the same as for Prejudging.

VENUE

The NPC Night of Champions is hosted at the beautiful Northern Quest Resort & Casino.  The venue offers a luxurious on-site hotel as well as close proximity to the Spokane Airport.  WalMart and other grocery stores are as close as 1 mile from the venue to take care of any needs you might have.  There are numerous fantastic restaurants on-site for your post contest celebration!

HOTEL & TRAVEL

Northern Quest Resort (venue hotel) is offering a group rate of $219 on October 9 & 10 ($149 for Thursday and Sunday night).
Reservations under the group discount must be made by phone: 877-871-6772. Use the booking ID number 34079 for group discount or ask for “Night of Champions 2026” rate.

If you wish to book an off-site hotel, any option around the Spokane Airport will put you within 5 minutes of the venue.

Important Note:  Competitors should bring their own linens and blankets if staying at ANY hotel for this event.  Please be respectful of hotel linens and furniture.  You will be billed for any damages caused by tanning agents.  We recommend purchasing the  “Cocoon Travel Sheet”  which you can sleep in to prevent damage to bedding.

9:00AM – PREJUDGING

4:00PM FINALS

  • No discounted kid’s tickets are available for this venue. Only infants in arms will be admitted without paid admission.
  • Tickets are ONLY available for Will-Call pick-up and will not be mailed.
  • General Admission tickets are available at the box office on day of show CASH ONLY AT THE DOOR
  • NO DETACHABLE LENS CAMERAS ARE PERMITTED IN THE VENUE. Cell phone photos are allowed.

Anyone not competing must have a ticket OR trainer’s pass to attend, no exceptions!

Trainer’s Passes are $100 cash, available on site only, with current NPC membership. Pass provides general admission seating so no additional ticket is required.

  • Cell phone photography and video is permitted.
  • No cameras, photography or video equipment will be allowed in the auditorium.
  • No professional photography is allowed.
  • No soliciting of photo or video services is allowed on the premises.
  • No camera bags, tripods and other equipment is allowed in the auditorium.
  • Spectators who bring cameras into the facility will be required to leave.

 

TANNING AND GLAM

Center Stage Tan is the exclusive on-site provider for tanning as well as hair and makeup services. Book your appointment today before the schedule is full!  Center Stage Tan will be backstage the day of the show to help you. Their color is specially formulated for contest stage and lighting. 

Your entry fee does not cover spray tanning so be sure to contact directly and schedule with them.

Trainers may not bring in any airbrush tanning equipment or do any airbrush tanning on the premises!  Any trainer tanning their competitor back-stage or in the pavilion will be asked to leave and the competitor disqualified.  We are adamant about this as the tanning creams/sprays can damage the venue.

DREAM TAN AND COOKING SPRAYS (PAM, ETC) ARE PROHIBITED!
